The Earth

Dear Nature,

One of the things I most like to do is change something into something else. Children do this all the time; a cardboard box becomes a place for treasures or a house or anything else that the imagination can conjure. I do wonder if that sense of transformation and play comes from our sense of you. When we play our games of imagining transformations are we playing in parallel to you whose continual transformation constructs our environment? Is it your ecologies that work through our play?
